What data we collect
When you create an account, we store your email, name, professional title, short bio, and a unique slug for your feedback link. When someone leaves you feedback, we store their answers, ratings, relationship type, and (only if they choose) their name.
Who can see feedback
Feedback is private to the profile owner. Only you can read the feedback sent to your link. We do not publish ratings, rank people, or share responses with employers or third parties.
Feedback givers
People who leave you feedback do not need an account. They open your link, answer the questions, and submit. They can choose to stay anonymous or share their name.
Deleting feedback
You can delete any individual feedback response from your dashboard. Open the response and use the Delete button. Deleted feedback cannot be recovered.
Deleting your account
In Settings, scroll to Account and choose Delete my account. This permanently removes your profile and all feedback you have received.
