Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in a few clicks via Manage subscription. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens to my feedback if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Your existing feedback stays, extra links are paused and come back when you upgrade again.
Who handles my payment data?
Payments are processed by Stripe. HRate.me never sees or stores your card details.
Are prices including VAT?
Yes, all prices include VAT. Stripe calculates and handles the VAT for us.
What are the limits of the Free plan?
Free includes 1 feedback link, 1 feedback template of your choice (chosen once), and up to 5 visible responses per link. Results become visible from 3 responses per link.
What does Pro unlock?
Unlimited feedback links (for example separate links for your team and your clients), all 6 feedback templates, and unlimited visible responses.
What if a payment fails?
Your plan is temporarily marked as past due. Update your payment method via Manage subscription and your Pro features stay active.
Do I have a right of withdrawal?
As an EU consumer you normally have 14 days. Because Pro starts immediately, you confirm at checkout that you waive this right once the service has started.
